At Nieros we produce two types of meat press. First type is a ham press specifically designed for pressing, maturing and thermal treatment of meat products. It is made to go into cooking chamber for further thermal processes. Ham press has spacing’s between the tiers for simultaneous heating. Second type of ham press makes sure that meat products are pressed in a safe and efficient manner. Ham press has an adjustable pressure reducing relief valve which is operated by pneumatic system. Industrial meat processing equipment is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and to maintain high hygienic levels.
