A drying tunnel is one of the specialised machines with superior performance. It was designed to dry metal items, including but not limited to euro bins and stainless-steel IBCs. After a thorough wash, the items travel into a tunnel with accelerated air, blowing through an advanced air-nozzle system. The latter removes residual water, which must be at a temperature of approximately 85 °C for optimal results. 50 items per hour can be dried, depending on the model.
The dryers are height-adjustable modular units. They work with a tunnel washer or independently.
